だん【弾】or by any other dictionaries I checked. The only one that came close is 三省堂国語辞典, which includes this sense and example:
(1) はじきゆみ。はじきうつ、たま。「弾丸・砲弾」
(2) はねかえること。はずむこと。「弾力・弾性」
(3) 弦をはじくこと。かきならすこと。ひくこと。「弾琴・連弾」
(4) うつこと。たたくこと。罪・不正をせめること。「弾圧・弾劾（だんがい）・指弾」
(3) 手段。「行政改革の第一弾」This example seems to be the same meaning as in those given above, but the definition 手段 seems off.
